Boca Raton and Southeast Florida is our hometown. We’ve grown up here, raised our family and have experienced first-hand the tremendous growth which has taken place since our arrival over 40 years ago. However, despite our larger population, the area has retained its small town charm and is considered one of the finest communities in the country to live, work, raise a family, have a vacation or second home or retire.
Jack moved down from Columbus Ohio in 1967 and graduated from Boca Raton High School. Barbara, a native Floridian, moved up from Miami and graduated from St. Andrews School. Having first met at Florida State University, the Neumans returned to the area after graduation, married and went to work for a local builder/community developer.
Experience in new home sales, marketing, finance and construction led to the formation of their own real estate company, West Boca Realty. In 1991, the company was sold to RE/MAX and the Neumans have remained as sales executives of the company.
When families are relocating into the area they need information on just about everything, not just real estate. Jack & Barbara can assist in making a smooth transition. The Neumans have been involved in thousands of transactions. Their local knowledge, experience, and expertise allows them to anticipate situations before they become problems and to assure a pleasant, hassle-free move. Relocation packages are express mailed overnight and they have a full-time sales and closing coordinator to give their clients the highest possible level of service.
Jack has received the Certified Relocation Professional (CRP) designation from the Employee Relocation Council and the Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) designation from the Council of Residential Specialists. Only a small percentage of Realtors nationwide have earned this designation, considered to be the highest accomplishment for residential agents. Jack also is a licensed Florida broker and has earned degrees in Finance and International Business from Florida State University.
Barbara has earned the Graduate of the Realtor Institute (GRI) from the National Association of Realtors in addition to the Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) Designation from the Buyers Agent Council. A licensed real estate agent specializing in buyer agency, Barbara has degrees in Economics and Psychology from Florida State.
John is a graduate of Florida State University with a degree in Marketing from the College of Business. A graduate of Olympic Heights High School and a native Floridian, John has earned his Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) designation along with the Epro certification from the National Association of Realtors demonstrating expertise in Internet sales and marketing. Prior to rejoining the Neuman Group, John was a sales executive with Centex Destination Properties in Cashiers North Carolina, selling luxury resort properties in the Western Carolina mountains. John was 2007-2008 Sales Executive of the year and has expertise in mountain properties in addition to south Florida real estate. John is a licensed Broker in both Florida and North Carolina. He and his wife, Katie, and their Golden retriever and labrador live in Lake Worth.
Jean is a graduate of the University of Florida with a degree in Business Communications. Jean specializes in buyer brokerage along with listing and transaction coordination. A graduate of Olympic Heights, a native Floridian, and a licensed real estate salesperson, Jean, her husband Ken, son Clinton and dachshund, Rigby live in Boynton Beach.
